Back in 2005, when I hiked a little too long in the Swiss/French alps, this was the dish I ordered (and devoured) to refuel… but I just wanted to say that it looks absolutely delicious and I’ll have to try it again now that I’m not lonely and cold!

I’ve seen the tartiflette before and you do need a proper cheese where it doesn’t separate on you. I’ll be on a hunt for Reblechon.
