I've never heard of that product but will have to look for it since it's prohibitively expensive to buy fresh truffles here. Looks like a great dish. Happy New Year to you.

What a great idea to serve for entertaining. I love truffles! I can't say that I have ever seen a truffle up close and personal in real life. However, it never occurred to me to purchase a preserved truffles. Thanks! I learned something today.
