Coming to your blog I always feel like a winner too,
it is your tantalizing, suggestive  images  that make me swoon over the possibilities,
just like Charlie Trotter suggests! Today, I have fresh eggplants, I shall try to stack them, inspired by your images!

Btw, I have the hardest time following a new recipe. My fingers always walk elsewhere, changing this ingredients and that! Staying with a recipe is the hardest thing to do when cooking. At least for me. ;-)</description>
