Happy 4th of July to you too! Hope you had a relaxing day.
Hope you had a good 4th!
Your filet looks amazing! Can I come over? Are there leftovers?
Love the photo! Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
Happy birthday indeed America.
I just love all your quotes to the side, especially all of the chef comments.
Happy Fourth of July,
Lovely roses! 🙂
My daughter wished for, and got,
Pho Bo, the Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup, on her birthday. I would have never thought of cooking it for a summer meal, but it turned out to be quite ingenious for the season. I prepared the broth and all the veggies the day before, which made for an easy assembly and a not so hot kitchen on the day I served it. Everybody loved it, because it is actually quite a light meal for a hot day.
Thank you once more for the inspiration!
loved the comment above of yours on celebration for the 4 of july and read the interesting bit on the preparation for the soup.
The post has a nice picture of roses in bloom…well taken !
Hope you’re having a great holiday weekend!
